R and S Developers, LLC originated in the Fall of 1998 with Ronnie and Sigrid Garner as owners and managers. They each have a vision for land development with an emphasis on developing residential communities and a long range plan of producing commercial properties. At the same time, their desire is to operate in accordance with high ethical standards and from a Christian perspective. "But Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His Righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33

In the Winter of 2000, Ti Garner joined them and was introduced as a project manager and partner, as well as a co-owner. The philosophy of the company is in keeping with his as well.

The developers' initial project, CORNERSTONE, a gated home place which is one that provides for "an opportunity of living beside a lake in a Garden Home environment", is located in Brandon, Mississippi. Later came the unfolding of LINEAGE LAKE OF LAKELAND, a premier community nestled in Flowood, Mississippi, where the enlargement of a homeowner's dream can be manifested. The master plan of LINEAGE LAKE OFLAKELAND'S entrance was designed to lend itself to scriptural themes, "And Joseph also went up from Galilee from the town of Nazareth to Judea, to the town of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family (lineage) of David."---Luke 2: 4 and also referenced in Matthew 1:17) (See www.lineagelake.ms for more).
